2.We carry our gold to all creditable refineries. Due to the challenges we are facing with our buyers, we have now decided not to do a full CIF.
3.Perform Quantitative Analysis and Mass Spectrometry at the refineries. Since inspection certificate is issued on the spot ,forgery of inspection certificate is prevented and its safe for both parties.
4. Before assay certificate is issued payment of the assay should be made by telegraphic transfer to the Refinery before Assay.
5. All necessary document for export will be prepared and immediately and transported to the finally exports point as it required from the government of Ghana to be shipped on a creditable airline
6. When the required documents (Export permit , Airway bill, Insurance etc.) Shall be conveyed by a recognized security company.
7. Since the final inspection is been made by national refinery which the PMMC that has the credibility to satisfy the final authentication of the goods before leaving the shores of Ghana.
